Julie Snelson
Julie
was born and raised in Cody. She comes from a family
of pioneer ranchers and coal miners from Red Lodge,
Montana. Julie is well known by locals, having spent
many years managing the family business, Beartooth
Floral and Gifts, in Cody. During that time she
was president of the local Chamber of Commerce Retail
Association and was awarded Chamber Member of the
Year. Seven years ago she began a charity, “Granny’s
Love” to provide school supplies for children
that need them.

family get-togethers.
Her love of working with people and knowing the
enjoyment of living in such a great place drew her
to the real estate business. Julie brings an eye

Constance
“Connie” Schmidt
Although Connie was born and raised in Central Indiana,
her heart was born here in the mountains. (It just
took almost 50 years for the two to get together!)
Her background is a registered Medical Technologist
(specializing in Microbiology) while her husband
completed Dental School. She then concentrated on
raising two children (daughter and son) and served
as business manager for her husband in his dental
practice. After her husband retired from his practice,
they moved to Cody, Wyoming, where they already
had a small ranch. They both decided that they were
ready for a career change and are now both licensed
in real estate at Peaks to Prairie Realty, LLC.
Connie’s hobbies include hunting (having successfully
hunted Big Horn Sheep, antelope, and turkey), reading,
riding her beloved mule, working on their ranch,
and spoiling their first grandchild (her delight).
She has also spent several weeks in the mountains
as the cook during elk/deer hunts.
Anyone that knows Connie knows that she has a heart
to serve people. Give her a call and let her help
you sell or buy your next home!
